This privacy policy explains how Mon Repos OÜ (registry code 12667726, Narva mnt 92, 10127 Tallinn, Estonia), the company operating restaurant Mon Repos, handles the data of visitors to monrepos.ee and which cookies the website uses.
What data we collect
monrepos.ee is an informational website. We do not ask visitors for personal data on the site and we do not create user accounts.
- If you e-mail us at info@monrepos.ee or call us, we use your contact details only to reply to your enquiry.
- Table reservations are made through the DinnerBooking service. The details you enter when booking (name, contact details, time of visit) are used only to fulfil the reservation. Processing of data within DinnerBooking is governed by the DinnerBooking privacy policy.
- The web server keeps technical logs (IP address, time of request, browser type) which we use only to keep the site secure and reliable. Logs are deleted automatically.
Cookies
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. We use only cookies that are necessary for the site to work. They do not track you across other websites.

- DinnerBooking. The reservation buttons take you to the DinnerBooking website, where their terms apply.
- Facebook, Instagram, TripAdvisor. The site links to our social media accounts. By following a link you leave our website and further processing is governed by the respective service’s terms.
Your rights
You have the right to ask what data we hold about you and to request its correction or deletion. To do so, write to info@monrepos.ee. We reply within 30 days. If you believe we have processed your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (www.aki.ee).
